If you are going the self coaching route:

  • Atomic Habits: An Easy and Proven Way to Build Good Habits and Break Bad Ones by James Clear. It’s a great way to go about changing your behaviours.
  • The Primal Blueprint: Reprogram Your Genes for Effortless Weight Loss, Vibrant Health, and Boundless Energy by Mark Sisson
  • Feel Better In 5: Your Daily Plan to Supercharge Your Health by Dr Rangan Chatterjee
  • The Keto Reset Diet: Reboot Your Metabolism in 21 Days and Burn Fat Forever by Mark Sisson
  • The Glucose Goddess Method: Your four-week guide to cutting cravings, getting your energy back, and feeling amazing: by Jessie Inchauspe. This is a kinder easier way into working on blood sugar control and if you have deeply engrained habits or have found it hard to improve your blood sugar control through food I would recommend thinking about starting with this approach.
